1. General Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms when necessary. Any changes will be published on this website and will apply prospectively, unless otherwise required by law.
The Terms applicable to an order are generally those in effect when the order is placed. Changes will not retrospectively reduce customers’ statutory or contractual rights.
Continued use of the website after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Products & Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices, specifications and availability information are accurate and up to date.
Product images are provided for illustrative and identification purposes. Actual colors, packaging, design details and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing updates or differences between production batches.
Certain products may be offered in assorted colors, styles, characters or variations, as clearly indicated in the product listing. Where a listing specifies that a particular variation is selected at random or subject to availability, we reserve the right to supply any variation consistent with the description and options selected at checkout.
For products described as assorted, randomly selected or subject to variation, the images may show examples of available models rather than the exact item supplied.
We may make reasonable substitutions involving substantially equivalent products or variations where this possibility has been clearly disclosed in the product description and the substitution remains consistent with the agreed product characteristics. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct obvious typographical, pricing, listing or technical errors and to update or discontinue products without prior notice, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.
We may decline or cancel orders where legally permitted, including in cases of stock discrepancies, obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect delivery information or applicable shipping and legal restrictions. Where an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment collected will be refunded as required by applicable law.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to product conformity, incorrect items, defective goods or misleading descriptions.
3. Orders, Availability & Substitutions
By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.
An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. A binding sales contract is formed when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the goods, subject to applicable law.
All orders are subject to product availability, payment verification, accurate shipping information and applicable legal or delivery restrictions.
We reserve the right to decline orders before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including stock discrepancies, discontinued products, obvious pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect shipping information or shipping restrictions.
Where a product is offered in assorted colors, styles, characters or variations, we may supply any option consistent with the product description and the choices made at checkout.
Where a particular product becomes unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative or comparable variation. Any substitution outside the agreed product description will be subject to the customer’s consent where required by applicable law.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify the customer and arrange an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law.
Once an order has been accepted, any cancellation, substitution or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable contract and consumer protection law.
We may request reasonable additional information to verify an order or prevent fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing & Payments
All product prices are displayed in the currency selected for the applicable market and are subject to change without prior notice, except where an order has already been accepted or applicable law provides otherwise.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy. Obvious typographical, technical or pricing errors may be corrected. Orders affected by such errors may be declined or cancelled where permitted by applicable law, with any payments collected refunded as required.
Prices, discounts, shipping charges and applicable taxes are calculated and displayed during checkout in accordance with the destination, selected shipping method and applicable legal requirements.
For international orders, import duties, customs clearance fees and other destination-country charges may apply unless expressly included in the purchase price or shipping terms. Where such charges are payable by the recipient, this will be disclosed as required by applicable law.
Currency conversions and exchange rates may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer or financial institution. Any conversion fees imposed independently by those providers are outside our control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Payments are processed through supported third-party payment providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any particular payment method and may decline or suspend transactions where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance, subject to applicable law.
Refunds are issued in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law. Any exchange-rate differences or fees imposed independently by a customer’s payment provider are governed by that provider’s terms, except where Howdy LTD is legally responsible.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We dispatch orders from Bulgaria (European Union) using tracked international shipping services.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and may be affected by customs procedures, carrier operations, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We remain responsible for delivery and the risk of loss or damage to consumer goods until the risk passes in accordance with applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and, where applicable, cooperating with lawful customs clearance requirements.
For destinations where import duties, taxes or customs charges are not included in the purchase price, such charges may be payable by the recipient, as disclosed in our Shipping Policy and at checkout where required.
Where a shipment is refused, unclaimed or returned due to incorrect information or failure to complete required customs procedures, any resulting costs or refund adjustments will be assessed individually and only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All trademarks, brand names, logos, product images and other intellectual property displayed on this website are subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Howdy LTD is an independent retailer of genuine branded products. Brand names, product images and related materials are used for product identification, description and promotion in connection with the sale of genuine goods.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by any brand owner is implied.
Website content may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without the appropriate authorization or other lawful basis.

Where legally permitted, disputes involving business customers shall be subject to the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.
