Shipping & Returns (Summary)
EU consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from online purchases, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Customers may inspect products to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose may be assessed in accordance with applicable law.
For statutory withdrawals, refunds are processed within the legally required timeframe. Reimbursement may be withheld until the returned goods are received or evidence of their return shipment is provided, whichever occurs first.
Customers are generally responsible for direct return shipping costs for voluntary withdrawals where properly disclosed before purchase. This does not apply where the seller is legally responsible for those costs.

Governing Law
These terms and related policies are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
This choice of law does not deprive consumers of any mandatory protections granted by the laws applicable in their country of habitual residence.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law. Where legally permitted, disputes involving business customers shall be subject to the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.
