United Kingdom (Post-Brexit Notice)

Orders to the UK are shipped from Bulgaria (EU).
As a non-UK seller, we do not collect UK VAT at checkout.
Depending on local regulations, UK VAT or import fees may apply upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for any VAT, customs duties, handling fees, or import charges assessed by UK authorities or the delivery carrier.

United States (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)

All import duties and taxes are covered by us.
You will not pay any additional charges upon delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

European Union

EU customers do not pay customs duties or import taxes, as orders ship directly from Bulgaria (EU).

United States – DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

All orders to the USA are shipped DDP, meaning:

• no customs fees

• no import taxes

• no hidden charges
  The price you see is the final price.

United Kingdom

UK VAT or import fees may apply depending on parcel value and UK customs rules.
These fees are collected by Royal Mail or the courier upon delivery.

Rest of the World

Orders outside the EU and USA may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on local regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Unclaimed, Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates, responding to delivery attempts, and completing any required customs clearance procedures.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, returned due to failure to complete customs clearance, or otherwise deemed undeliverable by the carrier, original shipping costs and any return shipping costs incurred may not be refundable.
