Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

We ship worldwide. All products are shipped directly from Europe.

Orders ship from Bulgaria (EU).

United Kingdom (Post-Brexit Notice)

Orders to the UK are shipped from Bulgaria (EU).
As a non-UK seller, we do not collect UK VAT at checkout.
Depending on local regulations, UK VAT or import fees may apply upon delivery.
These charges are determined by UK Customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

United States (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)

7–20 business days
All import duties and taxes are covered by us.
You will not pay any additional charges upon delivery.

Other Countries

10–25 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance and local postal services.

Delivery times may vary based on local couriers, customs processing, seasonal volume or remote locations.

European Union

EU customers do not pay customs duties or import taxes, as orders ship directly from Bulgaria (EU).

United States – DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

All orders to the USA are shipped DDP, meaning:

  • no customs fees

  • no import taxes

  • no hidden charges
    The price you see is the final price.

United Kingdom

UK VAT or import fees may apply depending on parcel value and UK customs rules.
These fees are collected by Royal Mail or the courier upon delivery.

Rest of the World

Orders outside the EU and USA may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on local regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and shipping method selected.
No hidden fees are applied.
The final shipping cost is displayed before you complete your order.
